Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Childerley Hall for an afternoon of classically-inspired jazz in the Long Barn.

The Art Deco Trio performs a programme of legendary classics reworked with a jazz twist, along with popular Gershwin song arrangements. Combining the materials and textures of classical repertoire with the rhythms and harmonies of jazz, this concert features new versions of familiar works by Wagner, Elgar, Handel and many more.

Dazzling and virtuosic arrangements are guaranteed to delight and entertain, including reworkings of The Ride of the Valkyries, The Flight of the Bumblebee, Land of Hope and Glory and Für Elise. Gershwin songs include I got rhythm and Summertime.
